Crossing Continents!

I, (Saffa) come from a very multicultural background and love being able to see them all from within and this is what has inspired this weeks challenge....take a deep breath...
I would like you to make a card that celebrates and reflects a festival from another culture to your own....

So here are some ideas to get you started:
Chinese New Year,
Eid,
Hanukkah,
Persian New Year,
Diwali,
Sinhalese New Year,
Kwanzaa,
St. Patrick's day,

We love to see your responses to our Dares, and as always, you can share your work with everyone in the two ways. Either leave a message with your blog link so we can come and see, or email your pictures to us at www.daringcardmakers@hotmail.com, with your name and website if you have one.

Just in case you need any more ideas here are the fabulous creations the design team created to inspire you!
Good luck...
Happy Cardmaking!

You are all so fast at this. For the Brits, what are you all doing card making in this beautiful weather? Anyway between enjoying the sunshine and other bits and bobs I have done mine -Diwali inspiration. I have so, so enjoyed this dare (thanks Saffa) and I am really pleased with my card. Hope you like it too.
