Celebrating Europe!

 Hello Crafty friends!

Thank you for joining in with last week's challenge. 

 Europe Celebrates!
This week we've been remembering wartime sacrifices whilst
celebrating  the 80th anniversary of the formal surrender of
Hitler's forces and the end of WW2 in Europe on 8 May 1945

Today (9th May) is Europe Day, recognising and celebrating
the huge diversity of the continent.  

So celebrate VE Day OR pick any of the 44 European
countries to feature in some way on your project this week

I was very moved  by the soldiers from Ukraine who marched in the VE Day 80 parade in London on Monday. They represented Ukrainian soldiers currently training here in the UK. So I made my card to say "Thinking of You" to Ukrainians everywhere. You are not forgotten

May Sentiment Challenge - WELL DONE!

   Hello Crafty friends!

Thank you for joining in with last week's Robinson Crusoe themed challenge. Most of us probably wouldn't fancy the idea of four years marooned on a desert island, but maybe a day or two wouldn't be so bad!

It's the first Friday of the month and time for our Monthly Sentimental Challenge;

 The theme for May is

WELL DONE!

it's all about giving a 'pat on the back' to those who've worked hard
and deserve some praise

Graduations, the end of school year, exam results, and other reasons too

These challenges help us grow ourstock of cards for when we need something special and thoughtful.
So join in, make a couple of cards for each sentiment and you'll always be prepared

As usual, we'll share our ideas and we'd love you to join us keep the inspiration going. Here is some inspiration from our Design Team.
