Hello, it's Sharon here to set this week's challenge. Firstly, thanks to all that joined in with our 'pop of neon' dare, quite a hard one I thought, but you all made it look easy and came up with some fabulous ideas.

A Pop of Neon - Sponsored Dare

Thank you for sharing your colour challenge cards last week! It's Leo back again this week and I've got an extra treat for you! This week the dare is sponsored by Quirky Kits papercrafting kits available from http://www.craftytemplates.co.uk. Each of the Daring Cardmakers team was sent a parcel of goodies to use from the brand new Jan/Feb Quirky Kits and extras. One of the trends included in the current kits is using a little pop of neon colour so the challenge for this week I've set you is to:

Use a pop of neon colour on your card

As a little extra bonus this week there's also a prize! You can win this special kit of Quirky Kit goodies made up just for Daring Cardmakers. There's things in there the design team have been using to make their cards as well as a few extras.

February Colour Challenge

Hi!
Thank you to everyone who had a go at Lythan's Belts and Braces dare last week, those were some really fun cards!
It's Leo here today and as it's the first week of a new month it's the colour challenge and I've picked out this image to take colours from to inspire your cardmaking this week:

Soft grey and warm yellows and oranges. I think these colours say 'February' here in the UK. Mostly grey skies but with little bits of yellows and oranges popping up in the first signs of spring.
I do find these colour challenges great for using up scraps as I'm often going to my box of off cut papers and jar of random embellishments to see what I've got in those colours and making up little kits with what I've found to put together my card with.
