Anything Else for Christmas

Thank you so much for sharing your cards  with us last week,
The Special People you made them for are going to feel so cherished and loved because of the time and thought you put into their cards.

This week, it's the last challenge for 2017 and time to take a final "Step Away from the Cards".

 Anything Else for Christmas

We've shared  cards, boxes and tags, so this week lets see what else we make, or arrange for Christmas.  We would love to see your sewing projects, Handmade Decorations, Table centres, Crackers, Other home décor - absolutely anything really!

 When you're done, please come back and let us know where we can see your creations, Here are some of ours to get you in the mood

We all have special people in our lives and sometimes their cards 
get left to last.  
Don't leave them till the last minute this year make and share a card made for one of the special people in your life
It doesn't have to be a Christmas card, just a special card for a special person in your life

December Elemental Inspiration

Hello Crafty Friends

We just loved seeing all your beautiful Trees for last week's challenge.  Thank you so much for sharing!

It's the 1st of December today, so time for our Elemental Inspiration Picture challenge for this month - and who knows. maybe you'll be choosing the lovely tree in this picture as one of your elements!

All you need to do to join in is to choose at least 3 elements from this picture to use on your card.

There are lots of lovely possibilities, such as the tree, hearts, stars, the textures and patterns of the blanket, floor and bricks, Nordic style elements.... and we're sure you'll spot even more than those

Hello!

We loved seeing your bags and boxes for last week's challenge - what a treat they were - even before they were filled with other treats...

You don't just need to think 'Christmas Trees' for this, we'd love to see all sorts of trees.

Gift Bag or Box - Step Away From the Cards no 1

Thank you so much for sharing your cards  with us last week,it was lovely to see all those scarves, hats and warm woollen mittens!

It's time to have a bit of  Crafting Fun for the end of the year.

Most of us make things other than cards, so we thought it would make a change to sprinkle a few other crafting projects in among the cards

 So for the next few weeks, that's what we'll be doing, and we really hope you'll take a "Step Away from the Cards" and share

 some of your other creations with us.

Warm Woolen Mittens

 Hello Crafters

Thank you so much for joining in with last week's Challenge, we hope you enjoyed using that lovely cosy picture in your crafting.

It's fair to say that Christmas is on its way, and we thought we'd do the same as last year and have a bit of seasonal fun with our crafting.  So for the next few weeks we'll be mixing it up a bit on here - sometimes there will be card challenges, but sometimes we';; be asking you to join us in making other things too!  We call this series of challenges "Step Away from the Cards". This week though, we're sticking with card making and out challenge is

Warm Woollen Mittens

We'd like you to make a card featuring some Winter Clothing - it doesn't have to be mittens, it could be Boots, Gloves, Scarves etc.  And if you are in the Southern Hemisphere and just stepping into Summer, maybe you'll be thinking more along the lines of swimsuits as we draw closer to Christmas!

November's Elemental Inspiration Challenge

Hello there Crafters!

Thank You to those who joined in with us last week - it was a delight to see your beautiful DiY "Blended Backgrounds".  We hope you enjoyed making them as much as we enjoyed seeing them.
