On April 11th 1855 Britain's first pillar (mail) boxes were installed. Then in 1874 the original bronze-green colour was changed to the iconic bright red we all know and love!
So be inspired by all things 'snail-mail' this week;
stamps, letters, mail boxes, postcards
And how about actually sending what you make and surprising a friend!
